Ballet Company
The Twin Cities Ballet Company is under the direction of Ekaterine Bezirgani. The company was formed in 1980 with the goal of presenting quality ballet performances in our Central Illinois communities and to provide serious ballet students with the opportunity to prepare for a future career in dance.
Ballet Company includes three levels of skill: Apprentice Company, Junior Company and Senior Company. A dancer who has mastered Ballet 5 may be ready to audition for placement within the Ballet Company.
Ballet Company commitment includes participation in The Nutcracker and any other ballet performances throughout the year. Ballet Company commitment begins the first class of the summer session and runs through the end of the year performance.
Auditions
Company positions are filled by audition only. Open auditions are held every year prior to the start of our Company season in April.
Purchased Tutus
Upon graduation or departure from the studio, any company member who owns a tutu must retrieve it within 30 days or it will become the property of the studio.
